HOW IT WORKS

1. Intake
Coffee or call? We start with an in-depth consultation to have a full understanding of what you are looking for and the wishes you have when it comes to your new home in Amsterdam. Think of pricing, location, number of bedrooms, etc.

2. Your search
After we’ve received the necessary documentation, your search will then begin. You’ll be assigned to a personal agent who guides you every step of the way.

3. Viewing
Based on your availability we  schedule appointments for the viewings. Your personal agent will participate in all the property viewings. Can’t be there in person? Then we attend on your behalf. We do a video call or record a video of the property.

4. Transfer
This is the final step to your new home. We support you with signing the rental agreement. Your personal agent will also be present and assist you during the check in and key handover to make sure everything is just as it should be.
